With the elections looming around the corner and one party hurling petty accusations at the other regarding the cardboard posters that are being ripped down! Because all politicians know, those cardboard still-frame photos of their heads cost money!

South Africans know how to go about doing things in a sneaky and underhanded manner-just ask the Redneck Imperialist scum who stuck the honest seafaring natives into concentration camps. Forcing the Dutch and their black "Guerrilla volunteer" used what they had at their disposal. The terrain-their knowledge of the plateau they resided on enabled them to level the playing field.

Not much has changed and much of the same rules still apply in today's dog & pony act we call Parliament. It's a known fact that in the current arena the battles are fought by high-powered litigators whose anal-retentive attention to detail allows them to bend the truth to their will in plain sight!

So bringing me back to the topic at hand of posters being liberated from their homes high above the motorist ushering them to their ballot box of choice (Which could coincidently be the poster that best imprinted its slogan and image into the consciousness of the voter seeking to do their part)-They don't come cheap! The loss of posters couldn't possibly be attributed to the chaos theory, malicious intent by social deviants or extreme weather conditions? NO!

When vying for the support of an already disillusioned nation sincerity is what wins the day-that and a suave stylish attorney spouting remorse, however he can only be afforded if the exceedingly high amount of wasted paper is not cast aside by rival factions of "would be" political zealots allocating nobility and purpose to their fickle actions.

To hell with this environment thing and this mythical "litter" our campaign trail creates, why in this age of instantaneous and affordable electronic mediums it only makes sense that the callous vacant stares of puppets take top priority!!! Who needs solid political principles and plans for economic prosperity coupled with improved foreign relations!?

Advertising is key when running the multi-faced operations of a political party in this rat-race I call the election business.

There are even a few who go above and beyond the call of duty and adhere to the idea that all press is good press. If I could bring into light something which caught my eye a few months ago strewn across the front-page of the "Cape Times on 20 November 2008 which read : * "Enforce prayers at schools, says Zuma.:

(Cape Times 20 November2008)

Moreover, with nothing more than an ignorant politician that went without his well-dressed and well-informed tactician AKA attorney he fumbles and blurts out whatever comes to mind-oh will the feeble-minded never learn. Had Zuma known his place and just adhered to a system put in place ages ago when Rome first invented an electuary structure giving birth to the woe of modern man's existence-elections that fail to mimic any real kind of democracy.

With enough rope anyone even, the current head of the ANC can hang themselves merely by being left to his own devices. It seems that our future fuehrer belongs to the school who believe that there is no such thing as bad press or else he would not have created the public relations nightmare he did and put himself in the hot seat.

Perplexed as to why when all he needs to do is hush and be a front-man but instead true to character fuels the fire underneath his throne of power but we are the ones left with smoke being blown up our asses!

A populist to the tee he attempted to vindicate that the morally bankrupt youth of today are only this way because there has been a recession in the willingness to incorporate religion in schools. Although there is no official separation of church and state stipulated in our constitution our multi-racial population deemed it fit to refrain from infracting upon a students' right to freedom of religion. This simply will not do for a power-hungry YES-MAN who wishes to indoctrinate the youth with the only set of religious ethics that would feed the oblivious flock whom would herald their new saviour for their soul's "salvation."

That is the long-term goal however whereby he would instil a fear of the omnipotent robe-wearing, lightning-bolt toting boogieman who resides on fluffy white clouds laying down his unique brand of justice by smiting those who oppose his divine will. What does a political figurehead like Jacob Zuma know about religious practices? Well evidently in conjunction to being a jack-of-all-trades and rapist-my folly "acquitted" rapist he also holds the title of honorary pastor.

In my opinion, he is merely using the facade of righteousness that so many clerics before him have used to further his own far more sinister private agenda. A simple question lingers Why not chose an obscure but equally loving set of morals to propagate at the unsuspecting youth. Simple-more feeble-minded Christians means that come Election Day there will be more ballots with an ominous cross beside his name.

It does not take a Harvard Political Science Professor to tell you that his appeal bears communist hallmarks and aimed at anyone who has become disillusioned with the woes accompanied by living in this year of global chaos 2009. The doors of NG Kerk doors swing open, 7th Day Adventists leap from the windows and the hordes of geriatric bible-bashers throughout the country concur and eagerly vote an unscrupulous Faust into office.

Be careful what you wish for because not too long ago in the century passed a man by the name of Adolf Hitler also used the misguided idealism and collective fear of anarchy to give life to his insane delusions.

Just a thought

Oh how selfish we the human race are-all of this without taking into account the detrimental effect it would have on children. Imagine you are shunned by your peers for not partaking in someone else's fickle attempt at social cohesion? Children put warmongers and tyrants alike to shame with their razor-sharp with and stinging tongues, often the damage done is beyond repair. Is this kind of decision really up to someone who has no idea of the struggles faced by our adolescents and children.

In closing the point I am trying to illustrate is that it's wrong to inflict our will upon those whose minds are still fragile and susceptible to a code of ethics which in this day and age struggle to maintain their profound zeal when put into a 21st century context.

I am left feeling unnerved as an eerie sense of impending doom grips me and shakes me to my very core when I attempt to contemplate South Africa with JZ's totalitarian and ignorant principles and debased opinions at the helm of our nation, our homeland steering us on a collision-course with oncoming traffic.

For now, I am still entitled to have an opinion so should you read this and think me insane or melodramatic just look throughout history's annuls and ask yourself:

"What good has ever come from an evangelical politician?
